AI Opportunity Assessment
$450 CAD
60-to-90-minute discovery meeting, review of up to three workflows or business needs, suitable AI opportunities, major privacy, accuracy, and implementation considerations, concise recommendation report, and proposed next-step project scope.
If an implementation project valued at $2,000 or more begins within 30 days, $225 of the assessment fee may be credited toward that project.
Additional consulting is $150 CAD per hour. Fixed-price proposals are preferred where work can be scoped in advance.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are additional. A written scope defines what is included.
Projects normally require a 50% deposit. Remaining balances are due at agreed milestones or delivery.
Revision rounds are included only where stated. Additional work requires approval and may be billed at $150 CAD per hour.
Third-party fees are separate unless expressly included. Travel outside Brantford may be quoted separately.
Clients must provide required content, access, feedback, and approvals on schedule. Estimates may change when the requested scope changes.
